After living in several Northeastern states as a child, Dave graduated from Manalapan High School in Englishtown, New Jersey then moved on to study engineering and then business at The City University of New York at Brooklyn College earning his way through school as a motorcycle messenger in NYC and working for a Wall Street brokerage firm. After school Dave had to decide to move North to Vermont rather than continue on Wall Street. In Vermont he worked as a Registered Representative for an investment company selling mutual funds before deciding 'it was O.K. to have some fun for a while'. Dave spent the next several years working and skiing at several of Vermont's largest ski area and had the distinction of joining the 'Century Club', having skied Stowe Mountain 105 days in the 1985-1986 season. Successfully helping families with all their real estate needs since 1987, Dave joined Realty Mart (then a Coldwell Banker franchise) in 1991. Realty Mart was one of the first agencies in Chittenden County to offer Buyer representation and Dave has represented the best interests of hundreds of Buyers since then.
